Colby comes to Southland Retrievers with years of knowledge, leadership, and business experience. Colby's work ethic started at a young age, and carried through to his young adult years where he served 7 years in the Air Force. Shortly after separating from the military, Colby began a successful business with his father that is still in full swing today.
